Our Interior Remodeling Process
We tour the areas you want to improve, discuss functionality and style, and identify which elements should remain, be repaired, or be replaced.
Rooms, surfaces, layout changes, carpentry details, fixtures, and finish expectations are documented. We establish how the improvements should connect visually across the home.
Flooring, doors, trim profiles, paint colors, lighting, hardware, wall treatments, and built-ins are selected or assigned appropriate allowances.
The written proposal defines included areas, preparation, materials, exclusions, owner responsibilities, and sequencing. Product availability and access plans are confirmed.
We protect the work areas and complete demolition, layout changes, rough electrical or other trade work, drywall, carpentry, flooring, painting, and installations in the required order.
Doors, hardware, trim, caulking, touchups, lighting, fixtures, and specialty features are completed and reviewed.
We inspect the completed areas with you and address agreed final completion items.
Investment Planning
Coordinated interior remodeling projects commonly begin around $25,000, with multi-room renovations often ranging from $40,000 to $150,000+. A light cosmetic refresh costs less than a project involving wall changes, extensive flooring, custom carpentry, electrical upgrades, stair work, and premium finishes.
Final pricing is based on the rooms included, preparation required, material selections, access, occupied-home conditions, and the number of trades involved.
